We met most of the parents with
extreme approach towards the kid. Either they are over conscious and pressurize
the kid too much for the performance OR they leave and ignore the kid
completely on their own because of their professional and working status.
Final outcome is in the form of
worried /conscious /less confident individual or a confident but direction less
and careless individual.
Every kid possesses different
qualities. Pls. help them to develop and grow as an individual personality.
We have seen many parents who pressurize
their kids to get into a particular career path to fulfill their dreams.ie. “I
wanted to become Doctor, but circumstances didn’t allow me to do so, now I want
my daughter to become Doctor.”Now even if she has great skills in singing, she
would be forced to become Doctor. Finally, by any chance even if she becomes
the Doctor, as a society, we would loose a great Singer and a dedicated Doctor.
If we are observing the lack of
committed people all around, rest assure the simple reason is “Right people, in
wrong field/ jobs”
Fortunately, we don’t see any
field which doesn’t give enough earning potential or growth right from Hair
styling to Shoe designing, so why to restrict your kid to follow the conventional
fields?
Its time to support your kid to
become completely an individual personality, by supporting his skills and inclination
to perform the best. (Not only in studies but throughout the life!) This will
need patience and of course, not an overnight job.
How can we help? :
As choosing the right direction
for future studies in Std IX is very important, we will monitor and analyse the
student continuously for 3 years in multiple sittings during Std.VI,VII,VIII. The
analysation would not only focus on the subject aspect, but also on the
attitude, psychology and other skills front.The analysation will be done
through various written tests, verbal discussions, observations to reactions and
results of different planned games and activities.The report can scientifically
help you to allow your kid to follow a particular career path.(even a
completely non conventional career path).
Though we don’t believe in single
sitting analysation, as these are usually providing you answer whatever you
wanted to listen, we can offer you options on case to case basis from 3 months to
3 years duration.
If your kid has very low
confidence, our counselors can help them to develop their confidence and
personality in few sittings.

financial support /finding scholarships/ right colleges.
